You should also aim for local or international awards from business sectors, not only for your business but also for yourself. The company, business owners and the employees should have an award given by the business world if they are well deserving of it. Once a person feels that there is really nothing to achieve in doing a certain job, they tend to get tired easily. Even though a financial award can greatly compensate all your hard work, receiving a recognition from your boss or manager is still different.
